Heh, the way you wrote HORROR makes it scarier. I watched 13 Ghosts the other night, and for a movie from the 50s it probably scared the bejeezus out of viewers. And The Haunting- the original- which still manages to be one of the few movies that gives me creeps and I'm not even sure why.

Hey boils and ghouls - JT here with news about a fourth Maniac Cop flick!Yup - not a remake, not a reimagining - not a hoax! Here's a news report from the director William Lustig himself about the new project: “Larry and I have gotten the sequel rights back for MANIAC COP, and we’re preparing to do a MANIAC COP 4,” Lustig tells Fango. “I don’t have any more details other than that; ...

What's up all you cool ghouls? JT here with news that there are (surprise!!!) discussions in the work about a sequel to Rob Zombie's Halloween . Again, we all had heard how the Weinsteins were insisting there were no plans for a sequel (and yet all the actors were apparently signed for three films). However, it appears that there are plans on doing a new film, but "everything is still at ...

Here’s news of a cool new DVD that will be hitting the shelves next week. I am a huge Poe and Harryhausen fan, and thought this was definitely worth sharing with everyone! The Pit and the Pendulum, Edgar Allan Poe's classic short story of judgment, condemnation, hope and redemption is realized in this stop-motion animated adaptation - executive produced by animation and visual effects ...

I would have to say, my particular favorite, hard to say, but I was ALWAYS a Freddy Krueger fan growing up. I loved that movie...although not real scary for me, I never got freaked out, but it brings back memories.

Looks like it is defnitely a "reimagining" much like Zombie's Halloween . In fact, the news coming out about the new film suggest that the reboot will be condensing the events of the first three flicks into one - So we go from Li'l Jason to burpap sack Jason to Hockey Mask Jason all in the span of two hours or so. Here's a few links talking about the new film and casting. Good...
