I have carefully reviewed the comm board and saw the following: ========================================= 1) The board 6-layer 2) The top layer is the ground 3) On the downside of the board shows the metallized hole just below the pad for white wire Downside Now the question: ============ Where you can solder the white wire is? And correctly I think about the hole and the tracks on the downside?

I have a 1g iPhone with 8gb, the last OS I installed was a 3.0.x (don't remember the x). Also, I am very technical but doing reverse engineering myself is one of the last option on the list. If you can give me some ideas, surely they will be very useful at this point! Thank You, srw

Antenna's circuitry Iphone
Published (2009-11-29 21:02:00)
Hi, I am looking for someone who knows how the iphone's antenna schematic is. My motherboard is missing most likely a inductor / capacitor , see the arrow picture (working MB example). Also there is a connection through the mainboard that connects the chrome bezel to the strip antenna. I have to restore this circuit but i have some difficulties in understanding whats conneced to what. See the picture: Anyone has the schematic or common...

It is charging only when is totally uncharged (flat) but after it boots up (it turns up just about 15%) it is stop charging (icon of charging disappeared). Some technician tells me it is broken (exactly he said cracked) the board of the iphone but i don't think so. It is possible to be the battery problem? Because when I changing the backplate I bend a little my battery 1 centimeter from...

3g, good digitizer, unresponsive
Published (2009-12-07 06:27:00)
I have a 3g, fw 2.2.1. I cracked the glass and replaced the digitizer. I have tried two known good digitizer assemblies (and have even retested them in another phone so I know they are still good), but the iphone is completely unresponsive to touch (can't slide it on, can't slide it to power off). I have tried resetting (power + home key) 1000 times. I have tried factory restore. I have tried DFU restore. I have tried factory FW and...

There are two bootloaders on the iPhone, one for the application cpu http://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/in...tle=Bootloa der and the other for the baseband. http://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/in...and_Bootloa der
Which bootloader are you talking about? What do you want to reprogram?

Hi bro, I have the same problem, also I'm missing all the corner so I'm not sure if the plate conects only to ground or if there is also a cap or inductor between ground and antena (I mean the plate that connects to the frame...). I can't help you but if I realize something I would post. Do you have any posible values for this capacitor? I will try using 2g antenna cap, but I think its stupid ...
