Nice. I've been to a few renton IDPA matches. Was thinking about the norpoint matches in Arlington, however they are indoors. Will check you folks out. Just got back from deployment (US Navy) so looking forward to getting back into it.

Quote: Lowlight Match registration opens at 1430, match time 1730 did you mean 230pm registration and match starts at 530pm? lol that is actually halfway doable for me because then i could actually leave on saturday instead of stinky friday night car sleeping. then i could go to my moms HoWse and then drive for only an hour down to Arlington

WA IDPA Low Light match

I forgot about that part. Our night match has been going on for years and it's a lot of fun. The match director decided he would have a hand held division and a mounted division. We get some LE shooters and others whose home pistols have lights mounted and these groups wanted to shoot the match. While I'm all for preventing an "equipment race" I think it's a good idea.

Anyone shoot F-class rifle?
Published (2009-11-12 21:46:00)
I just put together an F open gun in 260rem. I've only broken in the barrel so far, no competition yet. At our local club they shoot along side the palma class, 800, 900, and 1000 yds. __________________ Life is like a pe##s, when it's hard you get screwed, when it's soft you can't beat it!!!

Glad you had a good time. I felt the same way at my first match. At the end I had 11 procedurals and I was very slow. LOL. The more you get out the nerves go away. If you didn't pay much attention to time and cutting corners to do things faster you soon will. Not only in a competitive sport but in life also. __________________ ...

That's one of my only gripes about IDPA...the fact that it's all at the R.O.s discretion. It's to objective at some places.
