If you're speaking of the Constitutional structure of our government as it was envisioned, I would say yes. If you're speaking of how it has morphed into a massive elitist bureaucratic structure where representation is lacking, and the voice of the people is not recognized............well!

Didn't his own general request over 40,000 more troops? ...and are the alleged troops being promised going to be just one more broken promise by Obama? His track record of living up to his promises isn't very stellar!
Also ...wondering if 'the devil' is in the details. Are the 'troops' Obama is promising in the capacities and types...

I haven't read enough of the story to really get a feel for it. It doesn't appear that the emails indicated that pro-climate change folks really didn't believe it.
I think it was more of differences of opinion on how to present the information.

Paragraphs are your friend. That would be MUCH easier to read if it were to be broken up a bit. Please go back and edit it. I highly doubt more than one or two people will bother to read it in it's current state.
