Handhelds are more useful and easier to control the momentary on/off if you bought a light that is capable. The TRL-1 is more tacticool and adds some serious weight the
the business end of things. Personally I would save the money for other things.
What ever you decide on you need to train how to use it, best if you went and paid for some vs training yourself based on something you saw on ...

blue grass hoslters. they look great. dont have one b/c i carry a j frame in the pocket.
i have a high noon holster also for my xd9sc. which is alright. but the hybrid hoslters like crossbreed and bluegrass look to retain the holster and weapon alot better and keep them in one place.
hope this helps

Yes it should do
everything you want it to. The operator belt has an insert in it that is built for holster support. 5.11 did a good job designing the belt itself for its intended purpose and it holds rock solid even with 10 or more pounds of gear pulling on it.

Are they the TFO's?

I recently went through exactly the same dilemma a few weeks ago. I have a really comfortable holster that had a really nice shield on it. After my last weekend class the instructure pointed out that I was regripping the gun after the draw to get a good grip. After the class I did some serious surgery on the sweat guard to ensure that I can get a full firing grip on the gun prior to pulling it ...

New Crimson Trace
I took delivery of a new Crimson Trace
laser sight yesterday. Apologies for the picture quality
It was simple to install. The entire process took less than 10 minutes
Then off to the range for zeroing. The master on/off switch is on the left side of the grip
After 75 rds through the XD,...

check the efkdragonfire site to see if their conversion barrels are currently in stock. You may drop some extraction reliability due to
the extractor engaging less of the case rim of the smaller 9mm. Fine for a range gun (less $ on ammo). Specific 9mm mags can improve feeding reliability but 40 mags will work. You might need to bent in the lips very slightly to hold the 9mm at the proper ...
