I have been making these for members for a few years now on the sly and wanted them made for production. Aluminum offered the best choice for color options, and here they are. This replaces the plastic one on your XD, the cocked indicator sticks out of this at the back of your slide. Available now in black or silver (shown below...forgive the glare) and other colors can be made in the future....

Hi,
I just purchased a 9mm conversion barrel for my XD-40 service. Seems to work just fine with OEM guide rod and springs. What, if any, would be the benefit of switching to one of your guide rods and a different spring when using the conversion barrel? If there is a benefit, what spring #(s) would you recommend for (1) the conversion barrel and (2) the 40 barrel?

I've got a question and this may or may not have been asked before. I was wondering what's the difference in using the stock xd spring and the 1911 spring when you have the solid guide rod?
