Your baby is perfectly safe!!! The herpes isn't an issue for your baby until the time of delivery ( plenty of posts here on that if you haven't had a chance to look thru them yet ). Also it's fine to take valtrex when you have an ob too. Take some deep breaths...

I'm not sure, and I know Grace will respond to you, but I believe it's just that a lot of meds aren't actually tested on
