It's likely that you have the convergence IC problem, which cannot be fixed by doing a DCAM convergence, so you'll need to do the IC repair first. If the convergence is not good after you perform the repair, you'll need the remote to do the DCAM. It's possible that the magic focus will be "good enough" - hard to say - Magic Focus can be done without the remote, via the front panel button....

What's the model number of your TV? Do you have the "static" convergence? The 9 points? If so, you have to go inside your TV and press the "little blue button" to reset it. The Procedure is described over on the Keohi HDTV site.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you have to slightly twist and it will pull up and out. You may want to wait for confirmation from someone else, just to be sure.

Have the ICs been replaced before? One should always replace both. You can use the 150s. This thread has been merged into the IC problem thread. See post 1.

You probably need a remote.
