That was not to do with the Dx version but more to do with the engine and lack of optimisations, which is exactly what Denial said.

Since my game play well and the graphics look very good to me , yes i'm happy Whats the use of "multicore rendering " anyway ? From what i read its suppose to give better performance... ? But no change in graphic quality ? Maybe i'll wait for a better driver...i will give a try to these new one, going back to old ones , i never try that before. And Thx general for the clarification about GPU-Z.

Definitely looks like the one 8800GTX is broken. If you can't get a RMA anymore, you could try this:

In case you want to stay with Nvidia, you could get a GTX295, two GTX260, two GTX275, or two GTX285 - or wait until November for Nvidia to release ...

It's hard to tell due to the fact that you've only provided a singular benchmark on a game that no one has, or probably will use to review a HD4650. But if I had to choose, I would have to say that a stock HD4650 is slightly faster than your 9500GT due to the fact that the HD4650 performs about the same as a HD3870

At the back (toward the front of the PC) of the card there's a lever of some sort holding it in, some you push back, most intel's you lift it up.

ok, its time to clear up the confusion here.
The first MIMD gpu's were the G80. At the shader level these are capable of multi input, multi data.
The change in Fermi is from SIMT, to MIMT. The warp scheduler in the G80 was a single input multithreaded kernel which was not very efficient for Dual Precision.
The Warp scheduler in Fermi is MIMT, it contains 2 warps...

If you can keep the temperatures within specification (with a margin for error/problem/ heatwave / dirt ), it's not that hard. I don't think many cards have VRAM temp sensors, so the RAM temp is a bit of guess work.
Performance gain... not really. IMO. I've got an OC 275, which I downclock. When I set it to BIOS default OC, there's not much to talk about. Crysis still...

CPU is okay, would be nice to overclock it though to get the max of your new card.
your power supply seems to be ok going by the specs.. but I don't recognize that company..
I would get the standard 896MB one going by the Guru3d review of the 1792MB which said it was pointless even in 1920x1200 or 2560x1600.
You will not see any more performance going 1792MB, (...
