I was watchiing a show yesterday, .mkv file, and when the person talked I would hear the same type of sound with their voice. I didn't hear this when I was using the soundmax onboard sound few days ago. I do have the 7.1 virtual surround...

So many people predicted that this card will be better than the X-FI from Creative as it combines both the best of the gaming world and the best of music world (inherited from the X-Meridian).
I have created ...

Creative sound chip for windows 7? Has the support for them been better ever since Vista SP1? PLus, it doesn't have optic out which I would like to have to play music to my stereo system.
Edit: Bought the Striker and AD700. Let's hope when I get them next week, everything turns out great!
