Actually, I wrote SOURCE: as in the SOURCE of the registry fix I posted, NOT for info on Macs And if you follow that registry entry, it IS still relevant even for 7, and DOES work in Vista... You want to start a fight, enjoy yourself, I havent got the patience to explain myself to people who need to drink another of whatever got them in this mood and go to bed. That's the Win7 RC that was released next January. It's supposed to expire in June or July. Either way, you illegally attempted to activate it.

Just relax a bit, guys. Usually ("certified") techs do start by getting as much information from the user first, so the fix magicdave26 posted might be a bit premature but on the other hand it might actually work.

Does anyone know where I can find a 32 bit Professional iso?, I bought 64 bit iso but it was a download version and i am only permitted to download the 64 bit version although they key works for both, I also have the Home Premium DVDs (both) but I just want the 32 bit pro iso.

I had that issue along with clock interrupt bsod's until I turned off Intel's SpeedStep ability in the bios (if you have it). It seems to only effect Windows 7 for me, maybe it will be fixed with chipset drivers?

You must have a previous version of windows installed when you boot from the Windows 7 Upgrade disk and only then you can choose to format during the installation. This tells windows 7 upgrade that you are infact upgrading, if you install the upgrade disk on an empty HDD your key will not work / activate The licence allows only 1 machine to have that key activated ...

Vista is horrible all together, well its ok, but no point in using it when win 7 is just like , but better. And yes win 7 in gaming is much better over vista. XP and win 7 is the best OS ever. Glad you are enjoying win 7 tho
