yeah my buddy thinks carrying a .22 mag is absolutely stupid. even as a deep concealment or BUG. i've tried to show him just what a .22 mag will do but then again he also bought a S&W with a mag disconnect. lol

I tihnk it was a good trade, the Rugers are built tank tough, and if need be the factory is known for excellent customer service! I tihnk the price point for the P95 has been offset due to it being in production for so many years, as well as volume sales such as the US military, civilians and police and security forces.

Most Ruger products are very competitively priced from the start. They use modern design techniques to make production costs as low as possible while still maintaining high quality. They've been like that from the start with the original Mark I selling for around $48. They're not fancy, they're not el-cheapos, but just a whole of reliable gun for the money.

For the best deal on guns I go to www.budsgunshop.com Their inventory rotates so if you don't see what you want check back in a month or so. They have about 6 Rossi's now but not the 68. Keep coming back.

and it would be OK. I'd rather have a shotgun, but many situations preclude this. It could do multi-duty as a CCW and home defense gun and is fine when loaded with high performance 9mm hollow point ammunition (gold dot/buffalo bore unicore, hornady crit defense, wichester pdx, golden sabre, Cor-Bon DPX, or anything similar to these). I'd probably put on the Tru-Glo sights though -- these are...

I've been wanting a .22 auto for years, and I figured what the hell....it's $200. Sure was several other guys piped up after I said I'd take it, had plenty of interest. They seem to be priced much higher on Gunbroker, but I know nothing about them.

Just got a Glock 32 over the summer so I probably should know this, but can't say for certain. When I was doing some research I think I recall I that they have a 1 year warranty on all non-modded parts. I also recall seeing countless threads in various forums implying that the "real" policy is that if something breaks, they will fix it. From what I understand they are made well enough ...
