You never know when some nut or crack head will try to shoot up or rob any public place. Your seating plan is good. I try to always sit so that my gun-side/right side is facing away from the isle or room. I personally, would not interfere or take action during a robbery, as long as no one was getting hurt, or shot at. I would probably pull my pistol, and have it ready, but still hidden from view. Don't forget, most of these guys travel in groups, watch your back. So I agree with Klick, Sometimes doing nothing is something. ( hear this all the time in ems, " why aren't you doing something?!" we are always observing/ looking for signs symptoms etc.. ) I'm pretty sure we all could put a bad guy down, however the long term after effects have to be weighed. are we talking professional training courses? Appleseed, Frontsite, Suarez International, Thunder Ranch, Yavapai Firearms Academy, MDFI... There are a lot of very good "schools" out there these days but my personal opinion is that a person should not attend only one "school". Take a multitude of courses all covering the same subject like carbines and pick from all of it of what works best for you...
