sounds like ur about to go in.. but im no expert...i heard if u lose ur plug and get some bloody show labor is a day or 2 away...if ur curious call ur doc and ask if you could see him/her earlier than tuesday

Oddly, yes.  I just can't make myself believe that this is my last baby.  I love being pregnant and I love having a tiny baby around.  Only 1 out of 5 of our kids were planned, so who knows if we'll end up with more. 

I wish I could convince my fiance to do this! He's so clueless about BFing right now lol Totally wish.

I was wondering the same thing, I had my c section on the 6th and the whole inside of my belly button is bruised. I never got dark bruising on my stomach though, but i have what looks like a faded yellow bruise all the way along the top of my incision.

don't eat, drink or anything 12 hours prior to your cs....whn you chew you release gases and saliva and it gets your belly going, thy dont want that....Good luck

I would not lie to your dr. I know it sucks that you would only get 4 weeks of leave if he doesn't come until Thanksgiving but I'm sure your dr has a reason for wanting to wait to induce you. I tried talking my dr into inducing me on the 20th (40w 5d) instead of the 23rd (41w 1d) and she refuses to induce before 41 weeks. We are using prefolds. We have been using them since he was 2 weeks I think. He was a preemie so he didn't quite fit at birth. His stump fell off in the hospital on day 2 or 3. I plan to get some AIO's as soon as I cash this tuition check, I think they will be better for overnights. okay so I went to see my family doc for this b/c of my 1 inch episiotomy cut. She said the following'--   Take two 15 minute baths...just and soak and splash around a bit. When done, dry off with a blow dry...on low setting of course or on cool setting..to get nice a air dry. Also, keep using your cleasning bottle after everytime you pee/poo.   The bathes have helped me a lot.......

Aww, I hope you get some support.  I would specifically talk to lactation consultants.  Breastfeeding is so great for your baby, and it's definitely hardest right now.  It does get better.  I'd contact your women's clinic's lactation consultant, the hospital or the local La Leche League.  There's a lot you can do to make it more comfortable, such as using cabbage leaves, tea bags and icing you ...
