Do you use the baby?feeder?? She can suck o the food through that. Or something like baby mum mums, or other rice rusks which disolve easily. I know how scary it must have been, Jacob "chokes" on baby mum mums, I freak out.? He cant really choke on them, but it scares me.? Glad shes ok!

Benadryl

I've heard about infants being given benadryl.? It probably depends more on the child's weight than their age and as with all meds, the lower the dose, the better. Totally off base but ... I had a dog once that was just plain crazy.? The vet prescribed benadryl as a sedative to use before thunderstorms/loud events, etc.? I was told that I could give 1mg per lb of dog.? It never harmed the dog but then again it didn't work very...

you should be worried when we grabs at something he shouldn't or tips the thing over.  it's your choice and if you keep your eye on him i'm sure he'll be fine.  my ped told me horror stories about how he treated patients with injuries due to walkers.  One child grabbed the cord to the hot curling iron and it slipped down inbetween him and the seat...nasty nasty burn.  He told me of children ...

I don't really have any advice for you, but I can totally relate. DS was eating stage 1 baby foods like a champ for a week or two...and then all of a sudden he just refused to eat anything but formula. He would keep his mouth closed and blow raspberries at the spoon, lol. This lasted about 2 weeks and now he's been back to eating his stage 1 baby food again. Nothing changed drastically to cause ...

Well for starters, don't yell at your baby.  In fact, don't yell at all...it'll help you from even thinking about yelling at your baby. Second-if you tell him that he needs to step up and be a man and he doesn't, then don't count on it happening in the future.  Most men don't care about responsibilty and will go off and do as they please.

I bf in the morning, then I just started going as long as I could during the day without pumping (I work full time) and then when i did pump, i did just enough to relieve the engorgement. I would feed him at night then. once i could go the whole day w/out pumping (only took a week or so), then i cut out the morning feedings, so i was just feeding at night. then just last week i cut out the night...

I doubt you're pregnant, though you could be. I had the Depo shot in July and I am just now getting my first period. It can take up to 12 months (or longer... even if you only have one shot) for you to get your period back, because for most women, it completely stops their periods. If you're really worried, then I'd go get a blood test done just for peace of mind.

Try mixing the rice cereal with fruit, or water and a little bit of juice. It's the only way I got Keira to eat hers. You can also try switching to oatmeal cereal instead of rice.

you know you are tired when... you end up cosleeping for the second half of the night because you fall asleep while nursing the baby. The bad thing is, the baby only eats for about 10 minutes and I can't manage to stay awake!

I think alot of women feel that way.  I miss the freedom of life pre baby at times.  I too miss sleep and I miss not being able to just go to the grocery store without having to spend an hour packing diaper bags and bottles.  I also miss my husband because every conversation is a transaction at times (Can you get me a diaper/bottle/bib etc). That being said I love DS to the ends of the world...
