both of my kids hated it and would turn purple they would cry so hard. some people will tell you that it's really necessary and all that but to be honest, i didn't do it very often with both of my kids and they turned out just fine. i got yelled at by my doctor but both my kids still rolled and walked and lifted their head and all that junk when they were supposed to. anyways, wen idid do it i made sure to sit right there next to...

Cranberry Sauce: POLL

I actually really like the leaning tower... LOL... one of the few non-fresh foods I'll eat!? Growing up, that's what I had.? As an adult, the few times I've tried someone's homemade, it had nuts or chewy bits of stuff in it, and I dislike that immensely, LOL.? I prefer most things "chunky", but not cranberry sauce, LOL!!!

We have a basket that we set out along with a few pencils and some pieces of paper.? (The paper has been shaped like different things over the years--leaves, turkeys, pie, etc.)? During the morning prep time and before dinner when our guests arrive, everyone writes as few or as many blessings on the papers as they wish.? Then we pass the basket and randomly read each other's aloud during dessert time.

I agree about aluminum foil and then reducing the heat.? I always put a foil ring around the edges of my crust to keep them from going too brown before the rest of the crust.? In fact you can buy actual aluminum rings made for pie pans.

I'm glad you guys found a solution.? It's HARD caring for a sick animal, especially when you don't have the means to do so.? And whatever happens from here she'll be taken care of the best they can.

I'd eat if it had really been cold during that time. Worst case is you get sick and someone else has to make dinner tomorrow.? What's the downside to that?

I reproduce strange babies that will ONLY sleep on their tummies from about 1 week old and on.? Dd (#2) was somewhat ok hanging out on her back, but ds absolutely hated ever being on his back from day 1.? He even hated being in his carseat.? It was either his tummy or upright to view the world, lol. Sheri

Any good relationship should be give and take.  Sure, friends can have rough times when they need more than give, but when it becomes a constant, red flags should be going up.  Also someone who at the end of the day leaves you feeling empty and lowers your self esteem.  ''I didn't realize was a toxic relationship until I got out and saw from a distance what she was doing to me.  It wasn't ...

My kids have all hated it too, and most of them learned to roll over very early, so it did little good to try and put them down on their stomaches.  Like Liz, we just offer plenty of other activities that help them lift their heads and gain neck strength.  The laying on your back and putting him on your tummy can work too though.  My babies liked that so long as we were face to face.

Was it made with really broth/meat juices, or from bullion?  That would make my decision.  If you do decide to eat it, heat it really good!

I read it. I usually don't read biographies of living people, but I thought it was really interesting and it answered some questions I had about how things were handled in the campaign. I was a Political Science major and put my degree on hold to have a family, I've always been very involved in politics and so her story is very inspiring to me since she took a similar route and was still able to...

The only thing I use this pregnancy as an excuse for is picking things up off the ground if someone else is there to do it.  It is hard to bend around my big round tummy. As far as my pregnancy is concerned, I am starting to get super itchy with is the main symptom of cholestasis which I had last time.  I feel like I want to rip my skin off.  On the bright side I might be able to get a ...

i don' tknow how it works either, but where he's old enough to voice his opinion about these things, you'd think his social worker would respect what he wanted. it's also weird to me that a gay couple would be adopting such an old child.

We set a price range, and then e-mail a list of things to each other that could fall in that range. Usually the giftee's spouse works with the gifter on what exactly to get.

we got callings when we weren't getting to church as much as we should. I blame DD. We still haven't been put in the actual callings, but we make it to sacrament meeting even when DD is a pill, so I guess it helped. =)
