I said 'homosexual type' activity because I didn't want to say anal sex. Yes, straight people can have anal sex, but you cannot attain these diseases through vaginal sex.. Just to be clear, I should also say that many homosexuals never have anal sex and only have oral sex.. but to just say sexual activity isn't specific to what I was trying to say.
