Heres what I got back, when pushing for 714. Quote: Dear Mr. *******: Thank you for contacting my office. I appreciate hearing from you regarding your views on S. 714. You will be pleased to know that I am a cosponsor of this legislation. The views of Washingtonians are very important to my work in the U.S. Senate. Please know that I will keep your thoughts in mind and encourage you to be in touch. Do not hesitate to contact me again to...

To be honest I have beaten a case like this, well almost like this. I had a gigantic old boat for a car and was driving, listening to some (what you would call oldies I am sure) tunes very loudly, I got pulled over and had 3 bags of cannabis in my pocket (all 1/8s and yes it was for distribution). When i saw the flashing lights behind me I reached way up to my dashboard (which was quite a reach being that it was the car that it was) to turn...

In situations in which it's illegal for you to be intoxicated, PERIOD ... maybe. I don't want doctors operating on me when they're baked out of their minds, nor do I want truckers zooming down the highway after having chain-smoked four bowls. Not that this would be likely to happen, but .... you see the need for a TEST, yes? The ease of testing for alcohol intoxication is practically the the number one reason alcohol can be...

Hitler also preached about "change"; we all know how well that turned out. It starts with Health Care Reform and ends in World Domination [insert maniacal laugh].

I'll just be glad when he's gone. Hopefully all of you will have grown up some by then and see reality for what it truly is. You just don't know what your doing and I'm so sorry for you. I guess you'll just have to learn the hard way. Now you can rejoice because I'm done with trying to talk to all of you. Your just no use.

I am bumping this thread as I have sent messages today to District 8 Rep. Michael Capuano
in Massachusetts where I go to school and District 2 Rep. John J. Duncan in Tennessee
where I've lived my whole life. I think it is important to keep a log of the people that
you reach out to.
Anybody else been emailing/writing your government?

This. Makes. Me. Sick.
Being so close to Canada (5 minutes from the border), I always thought they were more lenient on Cannabis use, saddens me to see this changing negativly in Canada.
