I am trying to get a new clothes Design Company website going and I want to include the most appealing colors of 2008. Is there a place where I can check them? I think some websites look cool in blue and orange like hotel hotline and MSN, is there any way of doing a cool black site?

I'm creating a print portfolio and I have all my artwork printed in a4 size papers. Any ideas how I can put them together? Something which I can add and remove for future use. I actually designed a cover for the porfolio. Thought of making a book style but I need the pages to be able to be removed or add. This is of course with limited budget.
