I've used condoms a few times (usually Lifestyles because they're the most common) but I've always found that using tissue was better. When you say that it's hard to aim are you standing up when you masterbate? Because if you're laying on your back then it should be fairly easy to place the tissue under the head of your penis or a few inches in front in order to catch the semen.
