My onboard is better than your audigy. They have made some good advancement in sound cards. On new soundcards you can make any jack do whatever you want (you could have 6 line outs playing same audio if you wanted), but I don't know if you can do it on the older ones. (I had a live 5.1 and I couldn't do it on that.)
