This happened about 10 years ago at the Furnace Creek Golf Course in Death Valley, CA. I had played there several times over the years, but this was the first time my wife and I played together (and her first time on the course). while you dont want the club buried in your hands to much in the fingers is not good either. Usually when you have a inury you will compensate for it and mess up your swing more often than not. I had a serious knee injury which I continued to play through becuse I was in a club championship match play and didnt want to get it fixed until I was eliminated. Wound up winning it on one leg then having surgery in offseason. Fiund out the next year...
