Very good brief ! I think it will come out well for us citizens!! I find it folly that this even needed too go this far as the supreme court in IL should have ruled in favor of the plantif just on the IL States Constitutional Admendment alone! As it states that the Chicago laws are unconstitutional!! But hey this needs to have the SCOTUS ruling on it cause there are to many

Since they can't get something like foreign gun laws through congress, this may be an attempt to do an end-run. However, they would still need to get ratification by the senate. Of course, our State Department seems to have forgotten that in the case of a few treaties that have been signed but not ratified.
