I have a Russian friend who put a sauna in his basement - electric heat unit. He puts a little water on the rocks occasionally but there's not much humidity in the sauna - except for sweat. He runs it very hot.
The Ruskies use birch boughs (switches) to swat the skin. Man do you feel clean and refreshed when you're finished ( no pun intended).

I like the size. I wish they still made a small SUV ( front wheel drive, plastic bumpered tall cars do not qualify).
A couple friends had them growing up. They ran the piss out of them off road and they always seemed to hold up just fine with the exception of the fiberglass tailgates cracking.

IF you have a fitness or gym class requirement at a college or university, then everyone (except those who are medically unable) should have to meet the requirement. I had PE requirements I had to meet with my BS degree but so did everyone else at the University. I wonder if Lincoln is a private school or if they get State funds. If it is State funded school there will likely be litigation ...

Yeah, I don't get it either. I get about 1 kill for every 3-4 times being killed. But the higher ranked you are, the harder it is to get killed, and the easier it is to kill people.
