i think with the joint effort of DILG, PNP CIDG, NBI, CHR and AFP theperpetrators will be jailed and prosecuted. i think they are making progress now, hope that more evidence will be find and more witness to come up so the suspects will be convicted beyond reasonable doubt. so there will be justice in this part of the country.
