Making an anti-magic room

Hardly matters. I'll be needing to either change the area of effect or using Shape Spell to actually make it fit my purposes anyway. I'll be using it on an underground structure and unchecked antimagic would be somewhat suspicious...

How about Teleport Object? Would a caster be able to send the statue to the ethereal plane? It's unclear whether there is day or night in the ethereal plane...if it has neither, then they could be stuck there forever. That would be mean.

I still want Void-Defying Youth Treatment to be written. Go and work on that.
Also, survival Charms based on A Whole New World from Aladdin. Exalt type not important (can even be Lunar Stamina Charms, as long as they are based on survival).

1. Awaken is missing its School
"Awaken []"
2. For the animal spells, animal is defined as the animal type in the MM, correct? Magical Animals are not animals, correct?
I have nothing else to constructively comment on at this time. A quick look-over at the spells seems that all else is technically sound.

A few things: One, the wording on the animal companion is a bit bad. By saying any animal in the desert... you are essentially allowing them to take, well, any animal. Including epics. Plus, you don't even mention the druid level required.
Furthermore, it's a bit weird. He gets a bonus to attacks when nonlethal, but it doesn't make up for the fact he loses all of his class abilities if he ...

Get out of my braaaaain. I was idly pondering iterative attacks the other day and came up with a very similar idea. I'm not sure that it's something that you could just drop into 3.5e and have it work, though. If you're planning on homebrewing a more extensive d20 revamp I do think it's a pretty solid basis for streamlining combat, though.
The damage bonus seems like a bit of an ...

There generally isn't a Save vs. Spell unless you are making a saving throw (Fort, Will or Reflex) against a specific spell, The DC is 10 + 1/2 caster's level [use minimum number to cast spell] and Spell's level.
The spell needed for this item seem to be locate creature and the creater should have ranks in Knowledge (the Planes) and the Track feat.

I don't know an entire feat for one spell a day......if you have a well balanced party this would be only slightly useful. I like the idea but I think it could be better somehow.

I have several thoughts.
First, isn't it inconvenient to only be able to summon one monster at a time, while wizards with summon monster spells can have multiple creatures out on the field?
Second, if the summoner can only summon from his notebook, how does he summon outsiders that he has never seen. Seems funny for a summoner to walk up to a conjurer and ask, "Can you please summon an ...

You're not hitting wizards hard enough. Spell Points let them cast their higher level spells until they're about out of juice entirely, which generally will mean more of their highest level spells. Or it maps fairly well back to the Vancian system if they want to pretend they're still limited by that. Specialization isn't hard enough. I suggest using the Beguiler, Dread Necro, and the Warmage...

I like the idea of fixing fighter and I assume due to some of your abilities you are using the VP/WP and armor as DR systems from Unearthed Arcana. The main complaint I've actually heard about fighter is his inability to do anything outside of combat or outside of a full-attack. While your level 19 ability for the Two-Weapon Fighting Track helps with the 2nd it's rather limited in the types ...

I'm a little dissatisfied with how races are in Dungeons and Dragons v3.5. Half of their racial features are cultural benefits (and are stated as such), some abilities just don't make much sense (lookin' at you, Detect Secret Doors), and ability score penalties feel more like "Creativity Penalties."
So, I had a new idea. Each of these "remixed" races provide a couple of stat boosts, have ...

They are in, I think, Frostburn. Though there they are mostly stereotypical "large, stupid, strong barbarians", and don't have much to do with our world's Neanderthals.
