We are learning more and more about AS daily, and as you said your disease was mild by the time you started the diet. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't any confusion about your results. Like I said from my 20's till 40's my disease came and went and I frequently thought various diets, "cured" me until it returned 6 months or a year later. Good luck, why don't you test it and eat some starch?

I have been pushed around by so many drs. It's like they don't listen or have to have a picture in front of them that shows something. I have a decent one now, only problem is I wish we would move a little faster on treatment.
