You can use a recovery software like GetDataBackNTFS (my favorite) but the will require you to copy recovered data to a different drive I don't know of any good software which will recover data to the same drive.

First, your $text variable will contain ALL of your body information. You will need to parse the data and assign it to that variable. Right now, it's only bringing in that textarea from the form. using a computer as a switch would be pretty expensive but turning an older computer into a NAS+router wouldn't be that difficult

Manage Network Connections: Advanced > Advanced Settings. Move the iphone connection above the wifi connection in the list. (This controls the preference order for identical default routes: both the wifi and iphone are valid Internet gateway routes (even if Comcast isn't up). Moving iphone above wifi means if both are connected, it will prefer iphone for internet traffic first.
