It opens fine here in Firefox and IE, however, it takes a very long time to come up. What browser/version do you use? Did you try another browser? What type of internet connection do you have?

Well, I use Firefox and don't have any problems. I must have JavaScript turned on for YouTube and 1 other site that comes up before I can watch videos. Did you install the Shockwave Player and the Flash for the correct browser. They ARE browser specific. Might try clearing your browser's cache and all cookies. Refreshing page several times and see if the video window shows. Security settings could be set that may prevent the site...

I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE . These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum. If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line... I am unable to run any...

Non loading websites.

Hello, I've decided to join up here and ask for advice, after not being able to solve a problem with viewing webpages. I've been frequenting a website for about a month now without any problems, however on saturday night, I tried opening the site, and found that it wouldn't load up. Almost every other site loads up for me, but I have now noticed that certain websites aren't working. I had no trouble untill saturday...

What exactly IS Windows Live? Is it just another browser with email and search and all the other stuff. Is it (what was called "MSN"? Does it have applications that are essential to other parts of my computer? Is it a part of Windows operating system? Does it have any connection to the operating system? I have XP Professional (if that makes a difference). If it's just another browser, Is it better to use Windows Live...

Windows Live is a suite of extra programs, namely Messenger, Writer, Mail and a handful of others. You don't "need" it as such.

Thank you Broni! I will save this info. I disabled NIS tamper proof and did a system restore to two weeks back. Totally lost Norton after restore, it would not open so i went to saved downloads and ran Norton setup as admin. It started running as normal then it switched to uninstall, completed, then reinstalled normally but wanted 60 days of updates. All seems normal now with my system and IE as default browser. Not going to use...

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE . That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum....
