Hold down the Power button to turn it off, then turn it on with the Dell Media Direct button. It's supposed to be used to turn on Dell Media Direct without booting into your OS, but it may be inverted. Post back a reply if this resolves the situation.

Its warm if you touch the card and when playing Flight Sim, it randomly closes on me. Figured the card was overheating. The vid card takes up two...

There are several free alternatives to these programs. I personally use Avast and also suggest Avira. Avast updates almost everyday and is less stressful on system resources like Nortons or AVG. As and when they do go on the Internet, any decent anti-virus should automatically update on its own when an Internet connection is found. You shouldn't even need to be doing manual updates. Anyway, McAfee's site specifically says, do not download <the ...

Go into Device Manager and make sure that your laptop does in fact have this. If it does, it will show there. Try updating the driver when you find the device. If this doesn't work, uninstall the hardware then search for new hardware after the uninstall is complete. This will re-install the hardware and hopefully fix the problem. Keep us posted....
