Perhaps true and funny. I'm sure after awhile the kids seem interchangable wiggling tots. I do realize someparents give teachers flack, Spungo, but most of my notes are about how best to help with a problem she has with D-M's desire to doodle and not listen. Hard to help if she can't tell me what would help beside just talking with DM.

At least the meeting wasn't drawn out or anything.... Parent Teacher conferences are as much for you to gauge the teacher as it is for the teacher to talk about the student. And is always a learning experience.

I had trees planted in the names of family members last year and they really liked the idea. They don't really need a Christmas gifts. Still got gifts for the sprats in the family or I would have been lynched though. LOL

The Mini 10 series is nice, but you should try typing on one before buying one if you haven't already. The keyboard is a little smaller than a full sized laptop keyboard and some people seem overly sensitive to that. I found it quite adequate and my friend's daughter is writing her first novel on it, however, so they may just be whiners. The biggest annoyance I had with it (and with netbooks...
