Sadly it does seem like it's broken. This is common, my iPod was in my POCKET dry when it was raining and when I took it out it was still dry but not working. They allow you to fetch a land of one of several types, putting it onto the battlefield
untapped. The untapped part is really the one that matters. How many games have been lost where the loser has looked at his last land drop and thought "if only it had come onto the battlefield untapped".... I lost a game at Nationals thinking that.

it shud appear after you have met exactly 32 people or more not including the hkers and those other people, and you have to insert the
keystone after you met them. if you did it before ull have to find another keystone and do it, thers one in the top leftof twinleaf. and it will appear at lvl 25, and if that doesnt wrk maybe u need the antional dex
