I know other who have experienced problems loading the sim directly to a Mission. We found it best to load the default FS10 flight or set up a flight where you are at an airport on the ground. Once that loads, then load a new mission or a mission you saved in progress. Even if you save the mission while it is in progress and set that as the default, it crashed our sim. At least that was...
