Whats the point of weak attacks?

Also, strong attacks are incredibly slow. You're highly likely to get interrupted out of it before you hit anything. This does not apply to Battle Skills, the most heavily used form of damage in the game. They are the same speed whether Weak or Strong.

You probably never created a BT file when you were asked near the beginning of the game. Without a BT file, they can't be saved, so whether you toggle it to enabled will not make a difference in that scenario.

You also don't have to press the buttons consecutively. Just as long as the next press is for the next tune. You can wait between cycles if need be.

I figured peppers, adray, and maria would be higher as well. Pep for inst. range and long counters. Adray for the reasons already stated. Maria w/ aiming device, energy burst and radiation bots should all benefit from FAM. What does albel gain to get 2/10? I really can't think of anything, but there is probably something.

I don't know if I'd call SO3 amazing, but it's certainly worth a purchase for any JRPG fan.

Well actually, on my file I'm only on Floor 159 of Sphere. So I can't get powerful balls of light yet. As far as that order theory goes, I think it may be true. I put Shoot Balls of (normal) Fire/Ice/Lightning on a weapon in that order and Fire seemed to occur far more frequently.

Basically, once you unlock it, you can use an ability *right where you are standing* instead of the game forcing you to auto-position your character. Very useful if you know what you're doing.

Well, there's a relation between you not using minor attacks and you not being able to do a cancel combo: it's that a cancel combo can only start with a minor normal attack or a minor Battle Skill. So if you don't use minor attacks, then, yeah, you'll never be able to do a cancel

Albel is one of my fav characters. However, I hate Peppita. It's that blasted voice, it drives me crazy and not in a good way. I'd sooner have Roger than her any day. 1) Chaos is sorta the "confusion" status effect. The enemy it inflicts will just walk around randomly not attacking anything (and taking occasional HP/MP damage) until it wears off. It only affects the slot it is equipped on (so if it's on short X, it doesn't decrease the fury use for any other attack or battle skill). In short, it's pretty much worthless. Max Fury on one of your support slots is well worth it though

Mirage and him were added as playable characters in the Director's Cut version of SO3. It was probably easier to simply add him as a mandatory character rather than make it so he becomes optional along with Albel/Nel/Peppita/Roger in the original. Even if you find him worthless in battle, the extra out-of-battle Healing he can provide is nice. If you prefer Symbology over Items for healing ...

Power Dance compliments the party, not the other way around. Spells like Thunder Flare gain nothing from PD's boost so to get the most out of it you'll want two fighters alongside Peppita. With the increased ATK granted you're free to use fun moves that once seemed too weak to use normally

If you have a turbo controller, Santa's Boots by a mile. If you have no turbo controller, I think the Tri-Emblem is the better choice unless you have a lot of patience.

Only the initial factor can be removed. Once the increased Fol bit gets added, it can't be removed anymore, only strengthened.
