They do not have any arch support whatsoever (which is kind of the point), so they should work for most types of feet. Also, my feet...

I came into this thread expecting to rip you a new one...(based on title and first paragraph) But you are trying to do the right thing with your life (direction/goal and a way to get there) -more than I can say for most people I say just explain the situation, your reasons, and goals -if I were a parent, I would be glad to help you in his situation

Lack of potassium? Any physical activity will make your muscles sore if you lack potassium specially as you get older. If your legs are hurting that much, i say you are pushing yourself too far. Though from the sounds of it, you should go see the doctor, running is very healthy as long as you dont over do it which can lead to damage.

I'm Looking Forward to Joining You, Finally - Nine Inch Nails A beautiful song from The Fragile. The song was never played live, which was a shame, but as it was about Trent's grandmother it is understandable. It has a real resonation with anyone who has ever lost someone who was very close to them from birth and at times acted like a crutch. Edited on Dec 7, 2009 8:20 am PT

Could anyone make me a sig with these characters it it? In order: (Bowser, MW2 Guy, ODST, GOW Guy, L (from "Death Note"), and Lucario (from Pokemon). It would be great if you could divide the characters by black lines, and a nice color behind each of the characters. I'd love for my name to be on it. Thank you! Edited on Nov 25, 2009 2:16 pm PT
