That happens to me a lot as well.

If you're trying to sign these 'ghost' players, they appear in Free Agents. I'm not sure of their real-life status on the AHL team they play on, but for whatever reason they are not under a 1-way or 2-way contract in the video game. Obviously all AHL players must be under some kind of obligation to a certain team. But it looks like some AHL players are not under any kind of contract.

They are all pretty simple Playmaker = passer Sniper = shooter tough guy = tough guy lol Power forward = do the dirty work in the corners

It seems like the game detects when you simulate, you have to play them. I simulated a season to try to unlock score 250 goals in Season Mode, I had 300+ but didn't unlock. I don't know why for BAP says play at-least 40 games and get blah blah blah... What does that mean? play 40 in NHL? or play 40 and we can sim the rest? GRR I hate this, but I'll play it save and play all 82 games. For ...

I agree. The one that gets on my nerve the most is Mike Green, he is clearly number 52 but every time i have seen him outside the Capitals they give him 25 even if 52 is open. How hard could it be to get it right?
