I assume they hear your assault rifle or combat shotgun blowing their body apart...I mean, technically if you smashed their face in with the Super Sledge, or decapitated them with a switchblade, or even shot them in the back with a silenced 10mm pistol, then no one would know for days but...

if you have the operation anchorage dlc, then its the winterized t51-b armor. im not sure if its the highest damage resistances, but the condition of the armor never drops. or at least it doesnt on my game. it mey just be a glitch. its lovely!

i think there should be a perk that allows you to do double or triple damage with melee weapons like swords and hammers. it could be called grognak or something like that. also there could be one called smokers high where cigarettes will become an aid item that raises damage resistance and intelligence

On Character creation, don't put any S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat higher then nine. You will find ways to boost them in the game. Certain stats more then others. For skill choices, I highly recomend tagging small guns - which consist of almost all conventional weapons - repair - which lets you repair said weapons - and either medicine, barter, speech, or explosives. Pick which ever one you like best.

those questions aren't in depth at all firstly, if you want the level 8, 14, 20 and 30 trophies all in one playthrough, you have to save at level 7, 13, 19 and 29, get to the right karma level, and then level up, get trophy and reload. it sounds like you think you can get a perk at level 29-30 and then somehow get all the pervious trophies as well. you can't. you can get to neutral by ...

Why would anyone bomb Africa? I believe the places that got hit were USA most of Asia, and a bit of Europe.
