This is a very sloppy Xbox 360 port. As for your computer graphics woes with this game, I completely understand your pain. I can run this game at 1920x1080 at around 50-60fps with everything on high... and then for no good reason, the framerate will drop into the teens. Usually this is when I enter a new area... sometimes I can sit and wait it out and it'll return to 50-60fps, and sometimes ...

I found my best masher in a skag pile above the paths in Earl's Scrapyard--it does ~150x7 or 8 and regenerates ammo, shoots and reloads ass-fast, and some other nice things. Scoped too. Would you have preferred instead the level cap was 99 or 100 and there were two more IDENTICAL playthroughs to bore the crap out of yourself with? Keep in mind that would tank reviews. (you still are ten points shy of maxing your skills at level 100 anyway)

That kind of "white" is called "pearlescent". It usually is a white text with red "flavor text" in the description. In this case, the "Big Tony says Hi" is the special thing about it... which means it has a huge clip.
