C i n d e r M o t h But that has nothing to do with Gaia? It does. Gaia loses money when people buy a cash card in a store as opposed to online. Gaia needs to pay for that cash card to be made. Loses money is a bad way of putting it. They make less profit. So to make it worth it, they need to encourage more people to buy the cash cards to make it worth it, I'm guessing.

Patience, you're jumping ahead of the game. It takes more than one day to evaluate a report. The fact that you paid money for an item doesn't make you more important than everyone else. If you really did pay that much money you would try and protect your account better.
