Go Station Tickets Valid??
Published (2009-11-25 20:27:00)
Private tickets in private parking lots within Toronto aren't valid as far as the court system is concerned. I'm willing to bet that these were actual city cop tickets, rather than private tickets, so you'll be on the hook.

Not a single person has said that they need a big bike. What thread are you reading?

NO The relative "LACK" of super cars make it a non-issue. A super car costs $500,000. There are probably less than 100 of them on the road in Ontario. You don't usually find YAHOOs doing impromptu stunt sessions in their Zonda. Super cars are usually owned and operated by older, (Hopefully) more mature operators. A super bike cost $12,000. There are thousands of them on the road in Ontario. Super bikes are usually owned and...

My friend was a motorcycle courrier in the UK. I know what he wanted...but what he needed was something else entirely. On a tangent...do you think there's a market for a motorcycle courrier business here? Obviously you'd have to switch over to small vehicles in the winter months but the running costs should be much lower and during the season you'd probably have the edge over car based competitors.

No, they just result in potential prison time for tax evasion. Government takes tax evasion more seriously than manslaughter.

Just realized my vehicle was recorded as an '07, but it's an '08. Plate and make were recorded correctly but vehicle year was not. Does this help me in any way?

how much is it? if you're 40 and it's your first ticket, it probably won't even affect your rates.
you could always request a trial and hope the cop doesn't show. At the very least the crown will probably agree to drop the fine for a quick plea.

Does the agreement include a written statement of how the collision took place?

Hey there,
As a second year law student I am by no means an expert or even qualified to give you advice on this, and I am unsure as to the particular procedure in traffic court for this kind of issue (whether you need to file 11b application before hand or whether you can simply inform the justice of the peace that you want to put forward an 11b motion at the start of your trial). But what I...
