Light, heat (electric) small garage
Hey guys can you recommend something cheapish that will allow me to work on my bike in an unheated and unlighted garage? I have the 3 pronged 120v outlets available to work with. Two lights and one heater or vice versa. No gas power or I'd get evicted for sure.

5000 a year is very low milage, its likely that bike is used for weekend for rides in the summer. which most like = no rain, no late fall ridin, no long distance. But possibly hard riding.
