The save that you uploaded has two (version 2) IPL flags enabled: Barriers to LV, and the pre-Yay Ka-Boom-Boom objects at the SF Crack Factory. hmvartak's repair tool removes the barriers, but did not remove the Crack objects. Go to your airport at Verdant Meadows and look there for missions.

You'll have to ask Rockstar as to why they left this feature out. There are AI planes flying in the sky (crashing or falling most of the time though) but you don't see them land or take off from one of the airports. This feature is there in GTA IV. @girishb the max resolution i can use in 1.0 is 1680x1050 but it looks blurry even at max aa (non native resolutions look bad on lcd's) it still looks like its not on so it looks like im in a sticky situation either mod in 1.0 and 1680x1050 all i want (blurry bad picture) or play v1.01 with no mods and get bored real fast
