@ nincellshop, Most of the K1s handsets are locked with the new type of encoding, that uses 16 digits subsidy passwords. Unfortunately 16 digits subsidy pass is not currently supported for the unlock procedure. Please wait for future Smart-Clip updates. Best Regards GSMServer team

Problem to repair imei on v235

i changed the boot of the phone flashing it beacause after imei operation the phone doesn`t power up (boot mode) and when i flash it, power up normaly but when i repair imei the phone comes to boot mode again Thank you very much!!

Special MotoMAGX folder was removed from the Boot-Loader.com as flashing no longer required for the unlock procedure. Flash files for MotoMAGX based phone models can be found in the PCF->GSM->... file folder. OK? Regards. UMER

No need to flash MotoMAGX based phone model in order to unlock it.
Please read manual carefully and perform unlock procedure according to it.

In order to unlock V980 with boot version 6.31, perform Remove RSA procedure after that disconnect the set and perform unlock procedure via simple " One Button " solution.

U9 is MotoMAGX based phone model, it is already supported for the unlock procedure.
Detailed unlock manual for MotoMAGX based handsets is placed here .
Before performing any procedure, please ensure that the sets battery is fully charged.

Please tell us how many digits subsidy pass the phone asks for.
If the asks for 8 digits subsidy pass, then it can be unlocked.
If the phone asks for 16 digits subsidy pass, it can not be unlocked, at this moment.

Did you flash firmware from Special_motomagx folder?
After flashing this file when the phone begins powering on hold 4 + 6 simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds and you will see Motorola logo and "Motorola test mode" on the phone's screen.

What procedures did you perform to this handset?
Please provide us with some log files, it would spread some light at your problem.
Also, please tell us whether the set can be detected by SmartMoto or not.

Please tell us what version of Smart-Clip are you using.
More likely that the version of your Smart-Clip, S-Card and SmartMoto, not the latest one.
