hello dear smart-clip team i need thr drivers for smart-adaptor im working under vista 64bit sp1 i tryed the drivers you have uplaoded on your website but it works only with vista 32bit and my laptop cant work with 32bit hope you can help me soon thank you in advance shehab alexandria, egypt

i got K1s for unlock,i used smart test point for it,i took backup of flash.when i connect test point it shows boot version 4.00 and 0x400 boot version does not support K1s.now fone dead,unable to flash or unlock.what to do sir. sajidmirza

I have the same problem good to go connect a motorola v3 to my smart-clip and then turns off the bulb lit only by EG and tx and when they connect to update the firmware that tells me is ff.ff and that put me in touch with the reseller saver if you would like to change these feet can solve the problem

c168i this is not working.i have tried comemultor and direct cable.it seems this do not work with c168.I have tried similar procedure on copal phone and it works perfectly.we will really appreciate your effort if you look into this.

I tried unlock V3 a.52 wich testpoint, finally I see error a4 and phone is dead. now, I want repair pds and I see HTTP error 503, is this a server down ? then I cannot full flash. . . thanks in advance B.R.

@ michel.tissier, Did you try to perfrom Repair PDS procedure before flashing? If yes, then more likely that the problem is some hardware malfunction. If Repair PDS procedure wasn't perfromed, try to use combination of the Repair PDS procedure and Full Flashing.
