you purchase the upgrade and because you didn't get to unlock one model you feel ripped off.....i think gsm field is the wrong one for you....all the new model add with the update that i test so far work without problem...

use UNLOCK function on nspro and the user code will be reseted to 00000000 After unlock, enter code 00000000 then go to settings and disable the code.

It is supported, use get info to read unlock codes and them enter them into your phone. Simples

i also have problem with this model but i think mine is cable problem because C450 cable does not even detect, E210 cable detect but only complete 3/4 then fail every time. I will order another cable shortly and post result.
