Hello, sir i cant contact my resseler because of some reasons, but i think you are right, it shell be first activated by another box. Suggest if this pinfinder is activated with another box. Then what we should do ?

im using infinity box to flash it motot w220 version "1230" but after we can "unauthorised phone" im using version v1.44 to unlock and repair it..but it show "this version are not support yet" when unlocking..what should i do? Hello, We never heard about this problem. You can try to flash phone, but if you will see the same problem after flashing you have a reason to check phone hardware.

At last I managed this phone to be Unlocked. All thanks goes to InfinitySupport for his precious advices. Hi fellas lately i have been encountering this problem Dongle not found restart software whenever i want to run any proramme on my inifinity box. so do to this i can't use my my box again.do anybody have a solution to this , cos it is driving me crazy.
