I would love to see your comments on this matter. I got a job to design 5 Golf Flags for a client. The flags are 20 inches by 14 inches. 3 of the Logos were 1 inch by 2 inches. I re-drew these 3 logos in illustrator which took me about 4 hours. I was told by the client that next time I have a bad quality logo I need to call a company they use.
