I am trying to get started in graphic and web design but I have no idea where to start, what programs to use, etc. Does everyone have Photoshop except me? I have the old Photoshop 6 and it seems lame compared to all the new stuff, but there is no way I can afford CS3 for $600! How does everyone do it? I want to design invitations, birth announcements, holiday cards etc. and start web designing and I have all the ideas, but now idea how to make...
