Many states have safe haven laws but all have an age limit. The reason for that is that parents are absolved of all responsibility for the child, financial and otherwise, under safe haven. Frankly, I can see a correlation between this tragedy and what is happening with using corn as fuel. I think that this ethanol thing is just the start of what happened in the Ukraine.
