Ummm... Well, the FWD chip profiles do not take positive manifold pressure into account in their fuel or spark tables. So, if you just get it all bolted together and mat the throttle, I can pretty much guarantee you will blow a head gasket, crack a piston (as they aren't likely the right composition for a hotter charge), or worse. It is possible. I would get out a meter and check all the circuits as much as possible (including the fuses, as they can be deceptive). Fusible links are essentially sections of smaller wire placed in line with a larger wire that will fail first in a large current draw happens. i had a similar problem. it would run great then on a hot start would not run... i had spark and fuel!? and she still wouldnt fire.... i replaced the chip and i was good. it was kind of an odd thing but thats my input. see what you dont have when its hot. weather it be fuel or spark. then go form there
