Hope to God your county doesn't break out the sniffer then. And like was said, your stock cats are already high flow. If you were boosted and spinning to 8Krpm on the track you'd notice a difference probably, but as a daily driver you're pissing money away.

I know you cant run a stock exhaust with a flip kit and shackles. lol That was annoying. I think you'll have to be pretty careful with your routing if you go over the axle. But I didnt really notice any difference going from dumped behind the axle to dumped before the axle.

No need for the true duals on it, just go to a single pipe... cheaper and will make better mid range. lol @ complaining of lack of power with SES codes Bet the truck has never been serviced in its life.

i've never had any problems with my actual headers connecting at the block, bolts stay in fine and i don't ever have any leaks since i swapped out for percy's "seal-4-good" header gaskets

I would find myself a company other than Pacesetter- (such as LPP or Doug Thorley) to buy headers from, I haven't read many positive things about their quality. The tune alone would get your truck faster and definitely have you better off than you were before. You could also look into some 4:10 gears or a higher stall converter.

Thunder Racing 220/220 .551/.551 112LSA in 6.0l LQ4 This is my DD and i ahve a short amount of time with it..but it drives very very good. For the DD it still feels stock with normal pedal. It idles a little choppy but nothing bad at all.Does idle at 800rpms. The power starts coming on at about 3000rpms and really starts to plant you at about 3500rpms. It pulls to 6600rpms only dropping off ...

dodge transmission are junk. thoe grand cherokees are sluggish gas hogs, and have alot of problems, from the tapered bearings in the rear ends making a constant grinding noise, to their transmissions, to the infamous 4.0L knock that could go on forever or last a week before it slings a rod... ive witnessed this over and over and over and over.... i wouldnt say F* jeep as much as i would say F* ...

True duals will rob low end torque. I'm guessing you don't have the mods to support it, stick with the single 2.75. Just replace the muffler.
